  1. Scope of Application these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the use of the operateMybox platform (“Platform”) provided by EUROGATE IT Services. By accessing or using the single Modules, users agree to these GTC.
  2. Services Provided operateMybox offers a digital platform for Container Logistics Supply Chains. The services include booking, managing, and optimizing container transport.
  3. User Obligations Users must provide accurate and complete information and comply with applicable laws. Misuse of the platform, is strictly prohibited.
  4. Contractual Relationship A binding contract is concluded when a user places an order on the platform and operateMybox confirms it. All transactions are subject to these GTC.
  5. Liability operateMybox is liable for intentional misconduct and gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts.
  6. Data Protection Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the operateMybox Privacy Policy.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These GTC are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Hamburg.
  8. Amendments operateMybox reserves the right to modify these GTC. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance..
